LOS ANGELES, Oct 4, 2026 - Eat With Me is live for USC students. Tell it when you're free and it finds you someone to eat with, proposes a few places to vote on, and keeps track of check-in and rating afterward, so finding a meal partner stops being a group chat you have to run yourself.
How it works
Sign in with your USC Google account, say when and roughly where you're free, and Eat With Me finds you a match, proposes a few venues to vote on, and follows the meal through check-in and rating afterward.
The problem
Finding someone to eat with on campus usually means texting around a group chat and hoping someone's free, or just eating alone.
The solution
Eat With Me matches you with another student, proposes a few venues to vote on, and tracks check-in and rating afterward. Direct messaging with your match includes typing indicators and read receipts, so you're not left wondering if they saw your text. Hosted tables let you open a group meal to friends or the public instead of matching one on one, and a leaderboard, friend follows and a friends' picks filter help you find people to eat with again. Reliability scores, pair streaks and an EatScore track who shows up, so you know what you're getting into before you commit. Block and report tools sit on every profile, match and conversation from the start, sign-in is restricted to USC student accounts, and you can export a full copy of your own data at any time.

“I didn't have to ask around in a group chat. I told Eat With Me when I was free and it found me someone to grab lunch with, then we voted on a place right in the app instead of going back and forth over text.”
Ivy, Class of 2029
Illustrative quote
“We built Eat With Me so finding someone to eat with takes one search instead of a group chat, with the same care for reliability and safety built in from day one.”
