Share a table, or invite a friend with a link

Eat With Me's new share panel makes it easy to spread the word about a table, or bring a friend on board who isn't here yet.

What's new

• Copy a link, or send it by text, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Snapchat, X or email.
• Invite a friend who isn't on Eat With Me yet; your link lets them sign up (or join the waitlist) and add you as a friend.
• Sharing an open table shows how many seats are left, right in the preview.

How it works

A shared link behaves differently depending on the table it points to. A Public table's link works for anyone at USC, a Friends table's link works for your friends, and a Private table's link acts as an invite the person on the other end has to accept, so nobody gets in further than the host intended.

For Friends and Private tables, the link preview never shows the venue, the time or names.
